Set consumer holiday breaks where the employees are paid during this time.

Cons

No one is trained on workplace bullying, and I wouldn't be surprised if managers didn't know what it is considering some of them engage in it. It's difficult working under managers who aren't equipped to instruct, clarify, and commit to consistency when the majority of new-hire training is "on-the-job training".

Great benefits, Good Starting Pay, Great Co-Workers, Great clients to care for.

Cons

Your schedule depends on the clients schedule to if they need to change your schedule and have you work two hours earlier that usual you just have to go along with it. Sometimes it's temporary sometimes permanent.
