Not enough time in the month to hit expected “billable” hours + travel time to clients + administrative tasks. Expected to make up lost hours due to late cancellations/no shows. Poor training.

The pay was decent and so were the benefits.

Cons

The communication between upper management, lower management, and staff members is very inconsistent. They tend to make things work from situation to situation and person to person. It’s very inconsistent. Safety is a big concern and management takes it as a joke.
