Nurturing and supportive work environment- down to verbiage used, and ethics upheld. Dedicated and thorough training processes Kindness and empathy are the culture Remote work life Equipment provided Great PTO and benefits packages

Cons

I can only be disappointed by the lack of employer provided Hot cocoa available via Keurig in my daily work office. (At home.) *First World problems.*

Pros

There is a lot of free time at this job. It can be really great for students who need time to do homework but also need money.

Cons

A lot of the individuals we serve are unable to regulate their emotions, so it’s not uncommon for you to take abuse from them. Management can be pretty useless as well, and honestly the Board of Developmental Disabilities is even more useless.
