The interview process was fairly lengthy, from the time of the first contact to a start date was just under 3 months. I-CAR is clearly very thorough in making sure the people that they are bringing into the organization are the right fit for the team, as well as the overall organization. Throughout the recruiting process, I-CAR was did an exceptional job communicating with me on where things were in the process. I appreciated the transparency and information about the role and organization. It was extremely helpful in my decision making especially when comparing everything to other organizations that weren't as transparent or good to work with. The benefits are great, and the company truly does seem to care about their employees, and their physical and mental well-being through programs and initiatives offered by the organization. The people in the organization truly believe the mission and want to work together to do what's best for the industry. If you're passionate about the industry and want to work with like-minded individuals, I-CAR is a great place to be.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my first few months with I-CAR. I began as a contract employee, and am thrilled to have recently moved to full-time. Colleagues have been very welcoming and willing to spend their time sharing knowledge, and overall just making me feel like part of the team early on.
