Pros
It was once a great place to work. There are a lot of great employees that care, but unfortunately that excludes many of the senior leadership. Salaries for the top paid executives is quite high, especially compared to similar sized not for profits.
Cons
The organization has lost its way and is focused solely on profits, not fulfilling its vision. This has been recognized by the industry and the reputation of the organization has decreased significantly. They have lost the trust of the industry they was created to serve.
