      Pros

      Accountability is big here. I love that! I do not have to worry about others not holding their own and taking care of business. The executives are very supportive of my needs, my training, and have been very patient with me in my training. They do have a flexible work schedule if absolutely have the need. They expect you to work hard but the rewards are great. The CEO, Teresa, truly cares about the employees here. Everyone has been wonderful.

      There were some decent people who work at headquarters.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership from the top down. There is a constant revolving door of employees because of the leadership and culture at the Littleton office. Employees are treated like children. They do not have a five year plan and are driven by on the spot ideas. Then employees are required to adjust immediately.

      Pros

      Pay is pretty decent. My contract ended and they tried hard to get me another position. I just found another role that worked better for me at the time but they haven't stopped trying to find me another role now that I am available once more. They even held onto my clearance so I don't lose it. There is benefit in that for them as well but not many companies or managers will take that risk.

      Cons

      Due to this being a contracting company, they try and fill the positions with anyone willing to take the position. Even though many complaints were made due to issues within the team, nothing really was done as we didn't have onsite management for a long time. They are a small company headquartered in another state so I can understand it isn't feasible to have management at every location.
