Fired those where uncomfortable doing so. Justification was so that they could get clients to start up office projects again. Almost 50% of the remaining staff left within a year - Terrible management bullies. a few coworkers told me in a matter of fact way that they had been bullied and led to tears by how some of the directors and principals spoke to them - Feel like you're being watched - I know people who have actively stopped their friends from accepting job offers for this office due to high turnover - Their ESOP program is a sham
