      Pros

      My experience working with IA was relatively good. The people were all very friendly and great to work with. Management within my studio went over and beyond to make sure we all felt valued at the firm.

      Cons

      Like any big firm, expect a little bit of bureaucracy. Overall, no complaints.

      Pros

      Exposure to different aspects of retail industry. Great place to put your organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to the test.

      Cons

      Fast paced that from the beginning you either sink or swim. Lack of communication between project leaders in regards to staffing. Lack of structure when onboarding new employees. Expectations not clearly mentioned. Absurd expectations to know Revit when their software managers/IT don't get involved with new employees.
