Great company with professional and respectful management. The interview process was smooth and well-handled. Management consistently looks for opportunities to help me grow and move into better positions, which I really appreciate.

Cons

Pay is not the best, but that’s more a reflection of the DoD contracting system and government budgets than the company itself. They're MUCH better than the prime.
