Pros

IAT has many pros but the one that I found to be the best is the culture. It doesn't feel like a hierarchy here and instead it feels like a true team where everyone's opinions and input matter. Also, the benefits are great as well as the room for growth.

Cons

I have not found any cons so far at IAT it has been a amazing place to work for!

The company is currently undergoing necessary but aggressive underwriting guideline shifts to weed out unprofitable business. While this is a smart strategic move for long-term profitability, it creates a balancing act for production teams.
