private ownership, investing in their people, benefits (401k 7% match, 3% profit sharing, College Loan repayment program), have invested in better offices spaces, technology to make employees' day to day better. Good overall culture.

Cons

With investment in technology, it has come with some significant change/pains which is tough but worth the change for a better future state.

He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that employees feel valued and appreciated. The benefits here are outstanding! The 401k program is fantastic, and the company offers generous bonuses and incentives that really motivate us to excel. It’s clear that IAT prioritizes employee satisfaction and well-being, always listening to our feedback and making improvements based on our suggestions. It's also refreshing to see a CEO who takes the time to engage with all employees. His approachability and willingness to connect make a significant difference in our workplace culture. The owners and board members are equally impressive, fostering an environment of collaboration and respect. IAT is an amazing place to work, and I truly believe it’s the best company out there.

Positive and collaborative work environment. Values employees feedback. Great benefits such as 401K match, hybrid schedule, paid time off and rest of the benefit package. IAT has been recognized as a Great Place to work for number of years. Highly recommend IAT.

Cons

A lot of initiatives in progress which will take time to fully execute.
