The big picture at IAT tells a different story. In November 2021 in our annual culture survey, 89% of our employees responded and 87% said IAT is great place to work. And in December, to help address inflation, management announced a significant increase in the merit pool to raise salaries effective January 1, 2022. The employee response has been overwhelmingly positive.
