Get in the rigjt group and it’s a good job.

Cons

Micromanaged, top heavy, some people are overwhelmed with work and others not. No reimbursement for at home internet or cellphone for company use. Job rewuired irregular hours because they write business in almost every state. Adjusters are responsible for paying for licensing. Continuing edication is done on the adjusters work personal time so subtract at least 40 hours a yeat from PTO. Early office closings are almost non existent. We went from having early Friday closings and time off for work / life balance to the illusion of phenomenal PTO.

Excellent student payoff for those out of college. It’s unfortunate that there’s no equity amongst generations.

Cons

The healthcare is a double edge. It’s inexpensive but doesn’t offer access to quality healthcare. Different rules dependent where you live.

The cons outweigh the benefits. The PTO is generous if able to use.

Cons

High turn over (85% the year before last in some departments) It sounds good what's offered but in reality it's not. Micro managed / not flexible / high work loads / no work life balance
