      Pros

      Excellent work life balance. You as an employee are encouraged to take your time off. There is a lot of room for growth and development. There are leadership development programs, shadowing opportunities, and lunch and learn opportunities to expand and grow your network. This company is very generous in bonuses and showing acts of appreciation for it's employee's.

      Cons

      My only con is that I wish I had known about this company sooner.
