IAT creates an environment that encourages professional growth, collaboration, balance, and fun. The hybrid schedule and 26 days of PTO fosters a great work-life balance, and I never have to bring work home with me. The company provides many training/development opportunities that are as enjoyable as they are informative. I always feel supported on my team and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the company.

Pros

Our CEO Bill Cunningham is second to none. You can really tell he values the people that work for him and make up the organization. That trickles down to the people as well. I'm proud to work here. We also have great benefits. IAT helped me pay down my college debt and is contributing 7% to my 401K in addition to other profit sharing. Great PTO and we work on a hybrid schedule which is a nice balance - in the office M-W and optional work from home Th-F.
