      Pros

      Great company with a strong vision and bright future. IAT demonstrates that it cares for the employees in several ways including good pay, excellent incentive program and fantastic benefits. Best of the 7 insurance company I have worked for in my 30 yrs.

      The IT systems are behind, but are being renovated.

      Competitive Pay, room for growth, engaged management, good amount of vacation/sick time available, open to telecommuting to work, good benefits and tuition reimbursement. One of the best insurance companies I've worked for.

      Inclement weather policy may need review.
