Company and culture are great

Pros

They have a great work life balance and generous paid time off. People are encouraged to contribute and think for themselves as opposed to waiting on management to hold their hand. The individuals I have worked directly with have all been knowledgeable and true professionals.

Cons

Their quote, bind and issue system is awful and has created hours of extra work. It is tough to get issues resolved with support and get your job done. Meanwhile your work load piles up because you must be your role, plus IT, accounting and customer service. Unfortunately this is starting to erode one of the best things about working here, the work/life balance.

Pros

Great benefit package Nice office? Lol

Cons

As a 20-something entering the workforce, myself and the only 2 people in the entire office that were in their 20s, felt constantly belittled by supervisors and management alike. Although we were assigned more tasks and higher goals that our teammates and continued to reach those goals daily. Constant micro aggressions towards myself (a Hispanic) and other employees of color in the office. To our faces and behind our backs. A perfect example of blantant racism. There was (when I worked there) a women of color who has been team lead in her department for 6 years, knew everything about the department and role and was interviewing for the supervisor position. A white women, with no experience in the department, was chosen over the person with more than enough experience to lead the department. The now supervisor is constantly asking the team lead to instruct her, check over her, and basically do her entire job while she continues to sit in meetings and get the salary. People are are quitting this company left and right. Last year an exec straight up walked out. An executive. Walked out on the company. Keep that in mind. Great place if you like Gossip, being judged for your race, sexuality or skin tone, people with no experience getting promoted over you.
