      There is a lot I want to say and the last review given actually captures a lot of my same feelings. There was another review last week that mysteriously disappeared which was also spot on. The response to the “Constructive feedback” review shows you exactly who the CEO really is. He didn’t like what he heard and now that person has been suggested to find another job. Really? My decision to reply came from a hope to protect another review from disappearing. This is amplified by the fact I am resubmitting this review after determined to share confidential company information. Hmmm?

      Small independently owned company with lots of freedom and no corporate BS. Your managers are your mentors and teach you everything because it's such a niche industry. Can't learn this stuff on YouTube.

      Nobody knows what you do for a living.

      Thanks for sharing your perspective. You can find a lot of tutorials on YouTube but how to be a successful surety underwriter is probably not one of them - it's something better learned directly from pros. Glad you're here!
