      Management really pushes a good work/life balance. If you have kids, great place to work. Most management level employees have children and understand what comes along with it.

      Limited advancement opportunities in my department. May not be the same for other departments.

      I feel valued as peer not just a person in a seat which is huge for a large company. It is awesome when you are asked how you learn best by your supervisor it shows concern and she happens to be amazing! The offer great benefits and tools to help you be your very best!! Work life balance. You actually feel if you succeed everyone succeeds and I am blessed to be a part of the IAT team and surrounded by such a awesome group of people!
