      Pros

      They just announced they are going to start helping us pay down our student loans! It just gets better and better here. The benefits are amazing and I really like the people I work with.

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of is some of the offices are really old and dated

      Pros

      The senior claims management team is great and are focused in the right areas to ensure stellar claim handling across all lines. The new folks that they have added are bringing in new perspective and ideas. The benefits are great - 7% match on the 401k, very generous PTO and they offer maternity and paternity leave.

      Best Place to Work Quickly Declining

      Benefits, the Kellogs, Mr. Cunningham

      Cons

      New upper management is so busy hiring people they used to work with outside the company, they are overlooking their own internal employees for promotions. Mr Cunningham believes employees come first; he appears to be the only one to believe so at this time, and appears to be out of touch with what is going on, and how people feel about their jobs this year as opposed to last year. Terrible claims systems. Lines in the sand and favoritism are taking over.

Employees absolutely come first at IAT and we expect that value to be shared at all levels of the company. I’m sorry your experience doesn’t reflect that and I ask that you please talk with your HR contact in greater detail about your individual experience. We are actively engaged in the development of our employees, continuously expanding our training programs with both IAT University and Knowledge College. We recently celebrated the career advancement of 83 employees who were promoted or transferred to a new position of their choosing.
