      Pros

      I like that this is a privately held specialty insurance company with a focus. IAT has many great benefits, including the 7% match on 401K contributions. Bill Cunnigham, the CEO, genuinely cares about the employees. He fosters a culture of trust and openness, making it easy to feel valued and heard. In addition, the supportive coworkers create a collaborative environment that makes work enjoyable.

      Pros

      private ownership, investing in their people, benefits (401k 7% match, 3% profit sharing, College Loan repayment program), have invested in better offices spaces, technology to make employees' day to day better. Good overall culture.

      Cons

      With investment in technology, it has come with some significant change/pains which is tough but worth the change for a better future state.
