The hardworking dedicated people I work with every day.

Cons

Our systems are in the process of being upgraded with a significant investment in new technology. In the meantime the need to work with multiple systems is less than ideal. However much improved from where things were a few years ago.

Great co-workers; difficult clients

I heard the work environment used to be difficult before I was hired, but I have only known co-workers who were open and willing to help. They make the job a lot easier.

Cons

I often have hostile conversations over the phone with claimants and sometimes insureds. That is never a fun experience.
