Direct manager is engaged with staff and supportive. Plenty of opportunities to work on different projects. Small organization that has significant interaction between various business functions.

Pros

They have a great work life balance and generous paid time off. People are encouraged to contribute and think for themselves as opposed to waiting on management to hold their hand. The individuals I have worked directly with have all been knowledgeable and true professionals.

Cons

Their quote, bind and issue system is awful and has created hours of extra work. It is tough to get issues resolved with support and get your job done. Meanwhile your work load piles up because you must be your role, plus IT, accounting and customer service. Unfortunately this is starting to erode one of the best things about working here, the work/life balance.
