Collaborative culture, with leaders that truly seek feedback from the front lines. Lot of industry expertise = value adds to our customers. A company that truly cares about it's employees.

Cons

While there is a huge investment in technology underway, systems are currently well behind the times.

Great PTO, Good Insurance, great work life balance, Being acknowledged for working hard. Good Compensation. Company is very open and honest, we get updates regularly from the CEO.

I said Good insurance, could be better, but it is still better than most.
