      Pros

      Love the company. Excellent financial treatment. Open-door style leadership. Folks easy to talk with about any issues or concerns, and management responds.

      Cons

      Some of our processes are in need of repair but there's a new system coming that should improve matters greatly.

      Pros

      The benefits here are great. 401K and profit sharing are among the best in the area. My co workers are awesome. There is a lot of growth potential in your current role. There are so many thing to do that it offers for employees to try working on projects they have never been on before or done before.

      Cons

      There is a lot going on and it seems to be continuing theme. Things will never get to a manageable work level. We need to really look at what are the things we need to get great at and focus on that. We seem to be looking at too many things to do too quickly. There seems to be the issue if something is brought to management it has to be addressed and taken care of right away without always gathering all the information to justify the conclusion.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to be involved in significant company projects and learn across departmental lines. Having these opportunities provides exposure to different business functions and management. The company is investing in its management team to make sure that they are trained to coach and develop employees through their career. The benefits package is great (401k match & profit sharing, company contribution to HSA account, generous PTO and holidays).

      Cons

      The company has gone through significant change over the past 2 years. The top level initiatives have been created and communicated, but has caused the need to prioritize project work that might not align to employee's ability to deliver.
