Strong culture pay for performance Great 401k. New training initiative and investing in technology . Beginning to invest in product Great opportunity for the company

Cons

Changing but needed . Still some bottom performers with attitudes that need to go. But progress has been made . Technology needs to be upgraded but company has announced an investment

Great benefits and bonus plans. Management works diligently to understand it's culture and actively works to improve identified weaknesses.

Cons

The con develops into a pro in that there a many changes occurring which can be difficult and uncomfortable . The Company is preparing for future growth and stability by working on it's infrastructure and implementing new technology.

IAT is a great place to work. The work environment is warm and friendly. Everyone is really nice which makes it easy to go to work everyday. Over the last couple of years a new executive team was hired. The executive team is really engaged with the employees. It is exciting to be a part of building the business of a company. Casual Fridays are a huge plus.

Cons

No real downsides to working at a growing company.
