Lack of management, guidance, and documentation. It is on you to figure out how to learn what you need to know, as there is no proper training plan. IBA is also in a process of change, so rules seem to vary week by week.

Documentation and training are difficult to come by. A small company that is based in Belgium. The Belgium thing can be a little weird at times or different, a for instance, wire labeling. I am use to labeling being origin to destination, in Belgium it is lowest number(meaning either origin or destination can come first). Little things like this can trip one up all the time and lead to confusion. Another thing is that if you work something to resolution one time and no one else has, then your the subject matter expert at this company. These are not necessarily bad things but can lead to some serious frustration.
