Pros

They'll hire with little experience, good to get foot in the door in banking Ability to promote due to turnover, there are holes that need filled in mid-senior level slots because others leave after they get to a certain level There are two really good leaders at the top of commercial lending in OKC that are great guys. Extremely knowledgeable banking professionals with great reputations. Highly respect the OKC CEO, and OKC Market President

Cons

There will be little to no development Low pay compared to every other bank in the metro You will be expected to learn on your own There is no culture whatsoever You will be shot down Outdated systems, like really outdated systems
