easy to get hired (if you're not a total idiot and have good credit), great people to work with, opportunities for advancement

LOW pay. High turn-over rate. Austin market is VERY slow so you may get bored.

They train you if you have not worked at a bank and need some experience to get another job at a different bank.

Cons

The management staff is rude and condescending to the employees and the H R department is a joke. The only thing they care about is you getting people to open accounts at all cost.
