Pros

It is a good place to get experience. If you tough out the first couple of months of low pay and long hours you can move up pretty quickly.

Cons

They push you a lot to do things that are at times unreasonable

Pros

Gain experience, pay bills, work with lots of different personalities, learn how a vertical management style works, put in time to move up

Cons

very bad management structure (when you do wrong you will hear about it, every time, and when you do well you will get a gotcha card. 3 of these equals a gift cert) raises and promotions based on who works the most hours instead of best work ethic and skill.
