Pros

It is a salary. If you like/love living paycheck to paycheck for years, this is the job for you. If you manage to get into the very tight circle of management you are set.

Cons

Management pushed their political agendas to the employees. They hold their yearly bonus as a carrot for people to settle as a reason for not giving people a raise. Their bonus ceremony is filled with a political speech by the CEO. Management makes a huge deal out of the smallest things and sweeps large/questionable actions under the rug. Nepotism at the leadership level lends itself to allow relatives to cover for each other. Few career advancement opportunities. Long tenures are common due to the tight circle of leaders and nepotism. Non-competitive salaries.
