Pros

Easy to be hired here. They do a lot of job fairs where you can interview on the spot.

Cons

They are very sales oriented. They have people in sales positions, but the tellers are also required to make a minimum amount of sales per month.

Pros

The training is extensive and helpful. They are constantly hiring new personnel, so you get to meet many people. They are very diverse in their hiring.

Cons

They set ridiculous quotas for the tellers and bankers to open accounts and if you don't meet the quota you are fired within 90 days.
