Pros

Work ethic is rewarded, unique opportunity for entry level candidates to participate in a wide range of the commercial lending process, unlike like larger banks you will have a wide variety of responsibilities instead of being stuck in one area, company promotes and develops talent internally, stable leadership, very generous bonus.

Cons

PTO is limited to two weeks, although sick time does accrue. Company does not offer Paternity leave. Remote work options do not exist.
