Good people, "benefits", and steady work.

Cons

Slow pacing, much of the training is superfluous, management tends to be oblivious to trends, management missing much of the time.

many incentives,bi- weekly pay, and bonus and the end of the year if you can stay. they hire everyone and anyone, its super diverse.

Cons

be prepared to work annoying schedules, the have no emotional connection to the employees whatsoever, backbiting, you will not be compensated for your gas, you will be asked and forced to drive around businesses to get accounts.
