      Bank hours and nice locations

      Cons

      Staffing turn over is a problem, and it leaves you continually swimming up stream to try and maintain the balance of the branch. No ability to hire at the branch level, all at corporate. Also, schedule only one week in advance.

      Understaffed with no plans to change. Expectations from corporate are unreasonable and make a stressful work environment. Too many meetings.
