The flexible work schedule allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which I truly appreciate. The company offers numerous career development opportunities and fosters a positive, collaborative environment. Being part of the back office gives me the freedom to manage my lunch breaks, and I continuously benefit from valuable learning experiences that support both my personal and professional growth.

Cons

One challenge is that the 5 PM end time can make it difficult to attend personal appointments scheduled after work hours.

The hours, I somewhat enjoyed my job, and they were ant times understanding when we needed to take sick time off depending on how busy we were.
