Pros

I have several reasons why I enjoy working in IBC. The IBC team in Austin is not only super helpful, but it makes you feel like you're actually part of a team that comes together at all times. I enjoy meeting our customers and actually getting to know them, I think that's what makes IBC so different from all other popular banks, we actually find an interest in sitting down with our customers and getting to know who they are not just their name. My coworkers Fabiola Rosales, Akia Bogen, and my ASM Iverlyn Curry have been so wonderful with teaching me and helping me grow in the bank industry. Each of those women are incredibly talented and keeps the environment motivated to want to go out of your way to be the best at your job. The whole IBC team in Austin is amazing because no matter if you're in the same branch or not, they will always be a phone call away and ready to help you with any situation. It is a nice feeling to wake up and WANT to go to work.

Cons

Performance standards can be challenging at times, but it builds strong skills.

Pros

This is an established company that truly understands the needs of both emerging small businesses and established enterprises. Each branch operates with a close-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. We stay connected through Microsoft Teams, Where we regularly share ideas, celebrate wins, and encourage one another. One of our key strengths is helping clients open personal accounts through our free checking program. This not only provides value to our customers but also helps us build lasting relationships and grow our client base. Overall, it's a dynamic and people-focused workplace with a strong sense of community and purpose.

Cons

We're only located in Texas and Oklahoma. We could use more branches in other states, so that we could build a larger community of clients and people in the know of IBC.

Pros

IBC Bank offers a supportive work environment where employees are empowered to grow both personally and professionally. With a strong emphasis on comprehensive training and clear pathways for career advancement, IBC ensures that team members are well-equipped to succeed. The company proudly lives by its motto, "We Do More," which is reflected in its commitment to exceptional customer service, community involvement, and employee development.

Cons

There are virtually no downsides to working at IBC Bank. The company fosters a positive and growth-oriented environment where employees feel valued and supported. While retail positions may occasionally require working on Saturdays, this is a small trade-off considering the overall benefits, including excellent training, career advancement opportunities, and a strong team culture. IBC Bank truly stands out as a place where dedication is recognized and rewarded.
