Pros

Observe several holidays, has sick days, and vacation days. There are quarterly events to encourage employees. There are rewards for volunteering in the community.

Cons

Very low salaries, employees are required to use their own vehicle to make sales calls without being reimbursed for mileage, . Employees never earn more than two weeks vacation, ever. Work for the company 20 years, still only two weeks vacation. IBC does not appreciate their employees. They treat them more like upgraded slaves.
