Pros

No Work Life Balance, Your efforts & sacrifices for Organization and client are ignored, leadership does not give value to it. Only selected people in their good books are having career growth, rest will be just used, exploited.

Cons

Pros

IBM used to be a great company for career growth and had some good teams to work for.

Cons

Nowadays it's very challenging find good teams in IBM USA. There was a hiring freeze in USA for quite a while and because of that the quality of products have gone downhill. I hope they will improve.
