* Good pay * Good additional perks (shift allowances, yearly BluePoints) * Pay on time (last working day of every month) * Self-approved vacation time (limited nos.) * Healthy culture within projects

Cons

* 3-days office a week hybrid work culture (would appreciate full-remote) * Expects 9 hours/day work with 30 mins. exclusive break in India * Some extra trainings and activities which makes it impossible to go from work to "life" after 9 hours spent working
