Pros

The home office opportunity, salary and office location are good. In the benefits package, you get an AYCM card and BKK passes for free.

Cons

There is a lot of legacy software. You have to record your work weekly on an hour by hour basis in 3 (or 4 if you work for more than one account) different tool! There is even a chatbot to warn you if you missed your weekly claim. The annual bonus is hard to earn, and even if you get any, they are not even close to what any other company would give to you, so do not count on it...

Cons

There is no separation of Support Levels, due to which more pressure.
