Pros

I love working at IBM. Since the day I joined till now, I have always felt the organization's decisions to be fair and just. This is a big thing for me. I feel cared for here (there are many things because of which I write this). There are perks as well. I cannot recommend enough to join IBM, preferably as your first company, to get to know the standards of what a good and caring company is.

Cons

The only decision of IBM's which I do not agree with (but still adhere to) is the 3-days-a-week WFO policy. This is because I personally find working from home increases my productivity, which in turn, increases my output to the organization. Other than that, I don't find any other cons.
