Work life balance is good. You have an option to work from home. Holidays and vacations are also granted easily

Cons

No structured processes, not a good place to start your career with. Calls take place late at night or evening.

- rampant age discrimination - layoffs every quarter; somewhat unpredictable employment - co-location - detached, self-serving, and hypocritical senior leadership team - 21 quarters of declining revenue
