they provide the best learning program... they dont just kick you out of the company very quickly.... they listen... and they let you explain your side.. the supports are as supportive as they should... and they are wonderful people you will ever deal with.... they will always help you with any difficulties you may encounter on the account you will work with... they will make it as easy as a blink of an eye..... getting hired as IBM employee is definitely a great advantage too... cause once you resign and look for another job, it will be like a sugar coating on your resume.... :)

agent's disputes are never processed.. that is actually the reason why is resigned

Big Company with rigid processes and alot of management that come from admin not sales background. Middles East is ok to work in for IBM if you are Lebanese, Egyptian, Syrian or generally come from the ME region - My personal manager was a fantastic man - people above him I would never work for again
