400K plus employee workforce that is global with dynamic teams.

Cons

They pay you average to below average for a software developer role. The teams are politics/socially driven and not merit based when it comes to promotions. Depending on the team you have, If you are African-American you will be subject to indirect discrimination as to your skills, ability, value, and merit. Work output alone is not enough to earn value within this cloud department in Austin.
