Pros
Salary was low before inflation but now it's way lower than market and there's no real steps from management to fix employees' salaries anytime soon Overworking cause of the poor project planning, most of the projects either sold with no clear requirements or really bad estimation
Cons
It's a great environment that support learning and flexible work time. Great mindset and supportive for all your learning goals. But I wouldn't recommend it as you can get a good environment in lots of other companies and with a good compensation that makes you live a good life without worrying about your other responsibilities
