Not a Bad Place, but Stagnant Pay and Role

Pros

Good rapport with supervisor and most staff. Unfortunately, working as a contractor means your job can be the first to go.

Cons

Raises and promotion are stagnant, so get on a high growth track as soon as you come in. There are some micromanagers around as well.
