Reputable, well-known company to work for. Flexible working arrangements (home office). Given the size of the company, plenty of opportunities for growth and career progression.
Cons
Very rigid structure, red tape. Very process-driven organisations. Extremely long internal processes, often not enough willingness to change/innovate. Very big difference between HQ and regions. Disparity between top management and line employees.
