Pros

Very friendly and helpful work environment. Lots of study materials and documentation to learn on the job, whether related to DC operations or other fields.

Cons

Some limitations on tools we could use and equipment we could work on. Usually transfer responsibility to other departments, sometimes they take a while to respond.

Company Went from caring about people to just money. At least when I worked there anyway. Used to get paid same as Maccies worker when I did LVL3 work, but heard they finally gave everyone payrise to normal industry standard.
