Brand reputation can be a pro

Cons

Working at IBM can present some challenges, including navigating office politics, which may influence career advancement and workplace relationships. The company's large size and bureaucratic nature can lead to slower decision-making processes. Some roles may demand long hours or high stress, potentially impacting work-life balance.
